In 2022 the Wesleyan Theatre Company and the university's student chapter of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology put on the second annual haunted House. They transformed Old Main, a 150-year-old building, and theatre students took patrons through the building as zombie apocalypse survivors. Emily soundscaped and rigged a speaker system for each floor.

When patrons first enter they are informed that the building is the last safe place on campus, and this radio announcement played to contextualize their first moments in the haunted house.
The story begins in earnest on the second floor as the group's tour guide is attacked and turns into ao zombie. This floor was considered "Containment" and had many people banging on doors and turning from humans into zombies.
The third floor was where the scientist resided, and he held the cure to the zombie virus. To reach his lab, the group had to make it through his failed experiments.
From the third floor, the group was told to find the little girl on the first floor who had stolen the antidote. In the final stretch of the house, groups had to run past zombie attacks and desperate survivors, only to find that the little girl was herself a zombie.
